Mindful Practices for Leaders
Mindful ACT Leadership Series
The reason why I created this program is because there are so many challenges today. If we thought there were challenges before Covid-19, our challenges are now multiplied! And I'm sure like myself, and like the clients that I coach, you are eager to learn new ways of being more resilient, new ways of being more centered, being more productive and less stressed. So in this program, we are going to be concentrating on exercises that you can do throughout your day to be a more impactful leader. If mindfulness is about bringing your attention, your awareness, which is really hard to do today into the present moment and non-judgmentally, how can we do that throughout our day so that we can be more impactful as a leader, that we can choose how we are in the present moment?
We are going to be learning exercises and training our brain. If one exercise doesn't agree with you, try something else. What's important is practice. We are going to be working with our bodies, our minds and our hearts.
See you soon and welcome again!
